For those of you who are thinking of driving on the sunshine coast! David provides both high, guided tours, accomodation with pool, a bar and food. Fantasic highways and endless beautiful Spanish Villages, very nice guy speaks Spanish & English.
David Charles Wright showed us around his favourite place at La Isleta del Moro. A good place for diving! Crystal clear waters and underwater national park, we then drove north over the mountains with nice soft curves and incredible views of the sea to the “tourist trap” Mojacar, where we had lunch.

Most common questions
What documentation should I bring with me?
Passport and motorcycle driving license. All participants must carry a valid passport which must be valid for at least 6 months. On the tours a photo id is needed ie passport or driving licence.
What clothes should I bring?
Comfortable motorcycle gear is what you’ll be wearing most days, lightweight rain gear, bathing suit, t-shirts, jeans or sport pants and some sweaters and another top to keep you warm. Depending on time of year but Almeria is normally warm all year round although can be coo in the mornings, Some kind of snood is always popular round the neck. Motorbike gloves. Jackets and helmets can be hired.
What’s the average distance we will cover?
We’ll cover an average of 250Km daily, with stops at restaurants and points of interest to take photos and rest. Lunch will be out on the tours at different venues.*not included*
How much luggage can I take with me?
You’ll be expected to fit your personal gear into the top box or panniers. A small rucksack is recommended or can be hired.
May people who do not ride take part in the trip?
Yes. there is also the option to ride pillion.
Is it possible to make a private group tour?
Yes Almeria motorbike tours will design a custom tour based on your needs. You’ll be able to choose the time and route that you would like to cover. Our team will custom-design a route that best fits your expectations so that you can make the most of your experience. There is not a minimum number of participants required for a private tour.
Can I bring my own bike?
If you want to bring your own bike you’ll be responsible for transporting it to the tour’s starting point, its maintenance, insurance, etc. Pricing for this option can be provided on request.
Is there a tour briefing?
Yes, before starting the tour, we will hold a briefing regarding safety rules, useful tips and a full review of the route. There will be plenty of opportunities, particularly at the start of each day, to review the route, and ask any questions you may have.
