The Itinerary
Riding time: approx. 4.5 hours | Distance: 215km
Start your adventure from base, heading towards the stunning Cabo de Gata National Park. Ride through the serene landscapes until you reach San José, a charming coastal village, before continuing to the picturesque fishing village of Isleta del Moro, where quiet streets meet unspoiled nature. Next, make your way to the laid-back Las Negras Beach, a perfect spot to soak in the Mediterranean vibes. Ride on to Mojácar, a beautiful hilltop town with whitewashed buildings and sea views, before returning to Agua Amarga for a relaxing lunch in this peaceful coastal village. End your day riding back to base through more serene stretches of road.

Begin your ride by cruising along a scenic coastal road below dramatic cliffs, leading you to Aguadulce Port for a leisurely coffee break by the water. Continue the journey to Roquetas, and enjoy more coastal scenery as you climb along the cliffs, revealing breathtaking views as you head towards Almerimar, a quiet marina town. After enjoying the views, ride inland to Berja through quiet countryside, then savor a relaxing lunch in La Rábita, a small coastal town perfect for a peaceful break. Return to base, taking in more scenic roads along the way.

Start the day by riding through tranquil roads from base to Benahadux, then continue to Sierra Alhamilla, a stunning viewpoint where you can take in panoramic views over the Almeria region. From here, the road takes you to Velefique, famous for its endless winding curves, making it a dream for motorbike enthusiasts and voted the best route in Europe for bikers in 2021. After the exhilarating ride, stop for lunch at the iconic Route 66 Bikers Bar, a must-visit for riders in the region. The return journey takes you through Turrillas before heading back to base, with quiet roads and beautiful scenery to close out your adventure.

Starting from Retamar, head along the coast road towards Aguadulce, enjoying scenic coastal views From Aguadulce, continue inland over the hills towards Alhama de Almería ,passing through picturesque mountainous landscapes. Next, ride towards Fiñana via La Calahorra a stretch that offers stunning views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Finally, descend towards Berja known for its charming town and historical sites, before heading back to Retamar

This motorbike route takes riders through the scenic landscapes of southeastern Spain, starting and ending in Retamar. The journey begins with a ride to the charming village of Turre, nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Cabrera. From there, the route heads towards Tabernas, home to the famous desert and film locations, offering a dramatic and arid landscape. Riders then continue to Agua Amarga, a tranquil coastal village with stunning Mediterranean views. The loop finishes by returning to Retamar, providing a diverse mix of mountain roads, desert scenery, and coastal beauty along the way.
